Jaytag Computer provide IT support and IT consultancy services to small and medium sized organisations.

The services we offer are wide ranging, but can be broken down as follows:

For New Companies
We’ve worked closely with newly formed organisations to implement complete computer networks – encompassing servers and networking equipment to provide file storage, email and remote access. Tying this in with cabling works and web design, we are a ‘one stop shop’ for getting your business’ IT up and running. We don’t insist on Microsoft either – if you are interested in saving money, while still having a fully featured computer network, ask us about our open source server solutions.

For Established Organisations
With established organisations, the process starts with an audit of the existing systems that are in place. We carry out these audits free of charge with no obligation to use our services once this is completed. On reviewing an audit, we will make suggestions on how the existing infrastructure can be improved – along with a competetive quotation for carrying out the work.

Long Term Support
Unlike other IT consultancies we do require long term contracts to provide support. We do not charge for technical support provided over the telephone or by email. If a problem can be resolved remotely, there is often no charge. If we need to come on site, at £40/ph we offer some of the most competetive rates in the industry.

IT Projects
If you need a wireless network configured for your business, or are considering adding more file storage – we will happily provide a variety of options with fixed quotations.
