Looking to replace their aging dotnetnuke .NET website, a new website was designed around the client's existing style guidelines. Working to ensure the strong brand image was retained, resources (such as the SWF globe) from the existing website were re-utilised. Although substantial changes were made to the site, the layout and content remain familiar to existing clients.
Shadiehairfashion.co.ukShadie Benton Hair Fashion was looking to establish a web presence as cheaply as possible. Taking advantage of our BCSite service where a website is designed and hosted for £49, the site was up and running within a day of the request. Offering basic information about the products and services offered in a clear but stylish way, the site is a perfect example of how a budget website needn't look awful.
Maxbashing.comMaxbashing.com is the web's premier location for off-road remote control car related news, comment and reviews. Working from a sample Wordpress template supplied by the client, the theme was extensively modified. A huge number of features were added. Also included in the work, was a new vBulletin installation for the maxbashing forums.
RubbishRoyalMail.co.ukRubbishRoyalMail.co.uk is a new community to discuss Royal Mail. From news about the organisation, to discussion and rants, the entire site is based around a customised installation of phpBB3. phpBB is a piece of open-source bulletin board/forum software, allowing a great deal of flexibility in design and function.
LandBCompany.co.ukAnother company taking advantage of our £49 BCSite service, again the site was up and running within a day of the request. L&B Company were looking to establish a web presence without spending hundreds of pounds to do so. The site (as with other BCSite pages) offers basic information about the products and services offered.
ChinaBusinessServices.comChina Business Services is a consultancy business that provides strategic and operational support for organisations wishing to operate in China. The client's webpage relies heavily on a customised proprietary CMS system. Modifications to the code of the main site allowed for improved security against SQL injection attacks - which had caused serious issues in the past. Other SQL database issues were resolved as part of these works. In addition, extensive design modifications were made to the clients's blog. As well as a complete design being prepared for the client's twitter.com page.
